How I lose weight ( when I really want to)

1. Make water my best friend
2. largely include greens in your diet
3. Fruits are the gifts for my sweet tooth
4. I don’t deprive myself of “good food”. I eat a small portion of junk and then keep it away
5. Yoga
6. Run a mile
7. Weight lifts
8. I snack on baby carrots
9. I hate oatmeal, hence I mix oatmeal with yogurt. I love it.
